Terms of Service

Kairo is a software platform for portfolio tracking, market intelligence, quantitative risk analytics, and educational content (including Kairo Academy). We aggregate third-party market data and apply model-based calculations to help you understand your holdings. Features, data sources, and pricing may change during beta.

Kairo is operated from the United Arab Emirates and is intended for investors who want Gulf-relevant context (e.g. AED/SAR display, regional benchmarks). The service is provided online; no physical delivery of financial products occurs through Kairo.

Intelligence Pro is billed at USD $49 per month (or equivalent in your billing currency) through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.

You may cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation stops future charges; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current paid period.

Academy Pro, bundle plans, or promotional pricing, if offered, are described at checkout and subject to the same billing mechanics unless stated otherwise.

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months, unused features, or downgrades. If you believe you were charged in error, contact hello@kairo.app within 14 days of the charge. Refunds required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction are honoured where mandatory.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including connected wallet addresses you add.

You may not abuse APIs, scrape at scale, reverse-engineer the service, circumvent plan limits, misrepresent outputs as licensed advice, or use Kairo in violation of applicable law.

You may stop using Kairo and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risk, or remain unpaid. On termination, your right to access Pro features ends; we may retain certain records as described in our Privacy Policy.

Kairo is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free data, or suitability for any particular investment decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairo and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, data inaccuracies from third-party feeds, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, unless mandatory local consumer protections require otherwise.
